结构稳定 性能可靠
PEV欧版颚式破碎机轴承座采用整体式铸钢结构，避免两片式轴承室给机架带来的不必要负担，提高整机结构的稳定性。此外重型偏心轴采用锻坯进行加工，使PEW颚式破碎机具有超凡的可靠性。

液压控制 清腔方便
PEV欧版颚式破碎机配备液压油站，保证机器润滑系统为机器需润滑部件供油，为机器安全作业提高必要条件。同时，如果破碎机在负荷状态下停机，液压清腔系统可迅速清理破碎腔，大大减少了停机时间。

V型结构 齿形护板

楔块装置 调节快捷
PEV欧版颚式破碎机采用楔块排料口调节系统，使机器即使在空转情况下也可以在几分钟之内把排料口调到预定值，在液压系统配合下，实现自动化，比老式的垫片式排料口调节系统更简单、安全、快捷。
工作原理
PEV欧版颚式破碎机的电动机驱动皮带和皮带轮，通过偏心轴使动颚前后上下摆动，当动颚推动动颚板向定颚板运动时，物料被压 碎或劈碎。当动颚和动颚板在偏心轴、弹簧的作用下后退时，先前已被压碎或劈碎的物料从颚板的下部排料口排出。随着电动机连续转动而破碎机动颚作周期性地压碎和排卸物料，实现批量生产。

Easy Maintenance
The PEV Jaw Crusher adopts centralized grease lubrication. Manual or automatic grease lubrication system can be configured as needed, which can reduce the difficulty in maintenance and simultaneously guarantee cleanness and neatness at the work site.
The PEV Jaw Crusher uses a double-wedge regulating discharge port with the mechanical or hydraulic regulation available as needed, so it can be regulated more simply and efficiently than the traditional underboarding discharge ports.
Working Principle
Firstly, the motor drives belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move back and forth, up and down around the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate, materials get crushed. When movable jaw and plate move backwards under the action of the eccentric shaft and spring, the materials crushed before would be discharged from the port under the jaw plate. As the motor works continuously, the movable jaw can crush or discharge materials periodically, so that volume production can be achieved.
